Drop a note over any page, move it where it matters, and keep browsing without interruption.

Notes live inside a Shadow DOM layer so the website underneath still behaves normally.
Stored on device
Notes and theme settings persist in chrome.storage.local, with localStorage fallback in local development.

The extension is built for quick capture while browsing. Add a note, drag it into place, keep your context visible, and return later without sending the content anywhere else.

Open Stickify and drop a quick note onto the page you are reading.
Shadow DOM overlay
Stay out of the way
The Shadow DOM overlay keeps notes visually separate so normal page clicks and forms still behave as expected.

Privacy notice
What Stickify stores and what it does not
Stored locally
Notes, URL mappings, and theme preferences are saved in chrome.storage.local. Local development falls back to localStorage.
No analytics or tracking
Stickify does not collect browsing history, note content, or personal data, and it does not send usage analytics to external services.
No third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data. Your notes remain inside your browser instance.
Permissions used for core functionality
- storage: saves notes and preferences on your device
- activeTab and scripting: render the overlay on the page you choose to use
- host permissions: restore saved page-anchored notes when you revisit supported pages
In plain terms
Stickify is designed to work locally in the browser. It exists to help you capture context while browsing, not to profile you, sync data to a backend, or monetize your notes.
